Negotiations Begin May 28 on Your New Contract

Dear Kroger Shelbyville Associate:

Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and commitment in providing products to our customers each and every day. You are the reason our stores are able to deliver full shelves for customers to shop. I sincerely thank you for all you have done and continue to do!

You may be aware that we will begin negotiations on May 28. I know how important this contract is to you. It’s also very important to me and the company. That’s why I want to share with you our goals for this negotiation:

• Investing in competitive wages
• Continuing to provide high-quality, low-cost health care
• Continuing to provide a retirement benefit

We are committed to working with the union to reach a win-win agreement – one that is good for our associates and helps to keep groceries affordable for our customers.

We will share information and updates with you through your site management team as negotiations progress.  We also created a website for our Shelbyville associates where you can get negotiation updates 24/7 – www.krogerteamsterscba.com.
